Marketing, Writing, and Snow Removal

Blizzard 2015

Blizzard 2015I’m housebound today due to a Winter Storm Juno, a Noreaster. I am in an area of New England that has gotten around 30 inches of snow so far and I believe the number is climbing. I’ve shoveled for several hours. I even learned how to use the snow blower.

Shown here is a picture I took just minutes before I felt inspired to learn how to use it. It would have been very difficult to finish the shoveling had I not had it. Around five more inches has fallen since that photo was taken, but at least the snow removal is under control.

Now what?

I’m sitting here writing this post, watching Once Upon a Time reruns, with a serious urge to bake Portuguese Sweet Bread. I don’t have enough eggs, of course, and since there is a storm I can’t go buy them.

Instead, I vow I’ll be productive for the rest of the night. Here is what I plan on accomplishing:

1. Plan out my content for future blog posts.

2. Promote my blog by visiting some of my favorite social networks.

3. Watch some videos on building my internet business.

4. Work on my herbal site.

These tasks are the last three items left on my to do list for the day. I’m exhausted from the shoveling, I hope I am able to finish before I go to bed. Tomorrow, I need to complete multiple articles for a client so I can’t fall behind today.
